ABOUT

I am a Hawkes Bay based wedding and lifestyle photographer who has been documenting people’s stories for over 12 years.

My photography journey began in high school, where I fell in love with the process of hand developing and printing my photos in the darkroom. I went on to continue my photographic studies at Massey University, graduating with a Bachelor of Design with First Class Honours in 2012. To date I have photographed over 300 weddings across New Zealand.

When I am not behind the camera, I’m being Mum to my four young children. Together as a family we love to explore new places in our caravan, go bike riding, or head to the beach

MY APPROACH

My approach is relaxed, organic, and very intuitive - anticipating moments before they’ve even happened. I am an observer by nature, seeking out narratives of joy, love and intimacy between you and your loved one/s.

I utilise a number of different cameras, both digital and film. to bring a unique perspective to each wedding I photograph.

As cliche as it sounds, I will forever be inspired by light - how it falls, the softness and the shadows. It’s something that I cannot help but always notice.

I limit my bookings to just 15 to 20 weddings per year throughout New Zealand and beyond. I’d love to hear from you!
